Refunds: Refunds will only be issued if:

• The service cannot be completed by T-Unlocking or its Third-Party Providers.
• The IMEI or request is marked as "Not Found".

Non-Refundable: Refunds are not available if:

• Incorrect information (e.g., IMEI) was provided by the customer.
• The device is hard-locked, defective, or incompatible with the requested service.
• The customer fails to meet documentation requirements.
